Terms & Conditions
Last updated 18 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Monrq, the online meeting service operated at monrq.com and workspace.monrq.com. By creating an account or joining a meeting you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You need an account to host or attend meetings; anonymous access is not available. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts may be created for you by your organisation’s administrator.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Monrq to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, or disrupt meetings you have not been invited to. Administrators may deactivate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Meetings and recordings
Meetings may be recorded when the organiser enables recording. Participants are shown when a recording is in progress. Recordings are available only to people authorised for that meeting, and are stored in encrypted object storage.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Your organisation’s administrator may deactivate your account, which ends your access immediately while retaining meeting records required for compliance.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application before they take effect.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@monrq.com.
